Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how Nolbro Holdings LLC handles information in connection with Tired Market. The website, licensing service, desktop application, payment processor, market-data sources, and optional AI providers play different roles.
Information Nolbro receives
Nolbro may receive purchase and account information such as name, email address, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, license and activation records, support correspondence, technical information submitted with a support request, and standard website/server logs. Stripe processes payment-card details; Nolbro's licensing records do not need to store full card numbers.
How Nolbro uses information
We use information to process and administer subscriptions, issue and validate licenses, enforce device limits, deliver transactional email, provide support, investigate fraud or abuse, secure and operate the website and licensing service, satisfy legal obligations, and improve reliability.
Local application data
Tired Market stores its research workspace, cache, settings, watchlists, user-entered holdings context, and related application data locally in the folder selected by the user. Nolbro does not operate a hosted cloud portfolio as part of the standard application. Protect and back up your selected local folder according to your needs.
External market and data services
The application communicates with external services to retrieve prices, filings, fundamentals, company information, market indicators, news, updates, or related content. Requests can reveal technical information such as IP address, request time, ticker or query, and provider credentials where applicable. Provider terms and privacy practices govern their processing.
Optional AI providers
If you configure an AI provider, the application sends relevant prompts and gathered research context to that provider. Nolbro does not bundle those accounts. Do not place confidential personal information in prompts. See the AI & Data Disclosure.
Licensing and offline operation
The application periodically communicates with Nolbro's licensing service using license, account, and device-identifying data needed to validate entitlement and device limits. The service stores license-key hashes rather than recoverable plaintext keys after delivery. Temporary offline grace does not eliminate periodic validation.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers used for payment processing, hosting, email delivery, security, and support; with authorities when legally required; to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for licensing, subscriptions, support, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may choose not to configure AI providers, limit information sent to support, cancel future subscription renewals, or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some licensing, transaction, security, or legal records may need to be retained.
