Subscription & Billing Terms
Price and renewal
Tired Market costs $30 per month and renews automatically each month until canceled. Applicable taxes may be added. The subscription includes the software license and updates made available during an active subscription.
What is not included
AI-provider usage is separate and optional. Fees for AI accounts, paid market-data services, internet access, hardware, or other third-party services are not included.
Devices and validation
One subscription supports up to two activated devices. Tired Market periodically validates entitlement, normally about every seven days, and provides an offline grace period of about fourteen days for temporary connectivity problems. Nonpayment or an ended subscription can suspend or end access after applicable grace or paid-through periods.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals by contacting support@tiredmarket.com. Cancellation should be requested before the next renewal. Access ordinarily continues until the end of the period already paid.
Seven-day initial-purchase refund
A first-time subscriber may request a refund of the initial Tired Market subscription charge within seven calendar days after that charge. Send the request from the purchase email address and identify the subscription. Refund eligibility does not cover third-party charges, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or purchases already refunded. Where approved, licensing access may be canceled or ended consistent with the refund.
Renewals and partial periods
Renewal charges, unused time, and partial billing periods are generally nonrefundable except where required by law. Cancel before renewal if you do not want the next monthly charge.
Payment problems
If a renewal payment fails, the licensing system may mark the subscription past due and provide approximately seven days to resolve payment before access is suspended. Repeated failures, disputes, or chargebacks may result in suspension or revocation.
Payment processing
Stripe processes checkout and payment information under Stripe's terms and privacy practices. Nolbro receives transaction and subscription information needed to administer access but does not need to store full payment-card details.
