Terms of Service
These Terms govern the purchase of, access to, and use of Tired Market, software published by Nolbro Holdings LLC (“Nolbro,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using Tired Market, you agree to these Terms and the documents linked from the Legal index.
1. Research software only
Tired Market provides software-generated research tools and informational classifications. It is not a broker, investment adviser, fiduciary, execution platform, automated trader, or managed portfolio. It does not provide individualized investment advice or determine what you should buy, sell, hold, or how much you should invest. You make and remain responsible for every investment decision.
2. Subscription and license
An active subscription grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the current Tired Market application on up to two activated devices, subject to these Terms and the End User License Agreement. The subscription is $30 per month unless a different lawful price is clearly presented at checkout. Updates made generally available to active subscribers are included.
3. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate purchase and activation information, safeguard your license credentials, secure your computer and third-party credentials, comply with applicable law, and independently verify information before acting on it. You may not share, resell, or publish license keys or use the software to violate another person's rights.
4. Third-party services
Tired Market may request information from market-data, filing, news, update, licensing, payment, and optional AI services. Those services are governed by their own availability, terms, privacy practices, limits, and fees. AI usage is not included in the subscription. You are responsible for provider accounts and fees you choose to incur.
5. Data and output limitations
Prices, filings, fundamentals, headlines, classifications, scores, model analysis, and historical results may be delayed, cached, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong. Source freshness and model agreement do not guarantee accuracy. Past results do not guarantee future results. Read the Investment Research Disclaimer and AI & Data Disclosure.
6. Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal and ordinarily leaves access available through the paid period. The initial purchase may qualify for the seven-day refund policy described in the Subscription & Billing Terms. Renewal and partial-period charges are generally nonrefundable except where required by law.
7. Availability, updates, and changes
We may maintain, update, modify, replace, or discontinue features and integrations. Third-party sources may change without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every source, provider, model, security, or data type will always be available.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, fraud, chargebacks, security threats, unlawful activity, violation of license restrictions, or material breach. Certain obligations—including ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, and limitations—survive termination.
9. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tired Market is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, data accuracy, investment performance, or results. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nolbro and its members, employees, contractors, licensors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, trading losses, lost data, or lost opportunities; or reliance on software output. Nolbro's aggregate liability arising from Tired Market will not exceed the amounts you paid for Tired Market during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Governing terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without written consent; Nolbro may assign them in connection with a business transfer. These Terms and the incorporated legal documents form the agreement regarding Tired Market.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Material changes apply prospectively as required by law. Questions may be sent to support@tiredmarket.com.
