Before initial use, Tired Market presents terms and disclosures and requires the user to affirm acceptance. Acceptance applies to the current Terms of Service, End User License Agreement, Investment Research Disclaimer, AI & Data Disclosure, and Privacy Policy.
Key acknowledgments
- Tired Market is research software, not a broker or investment adviser.
- Software classifications and model output are not instructions and can be wrong.
- The user remains responsible for verification and decisions.
- The application stores its workspace locally and communicates with external data, licensing, update, and optionally AI services.
- Optional AI-provider terms and fees are separate.
- An active subscription and periodic license validation are required.
